This sleeve presents a more realistic and modern take on a classic biomech tattoo motif, showing human flesh ripped away to reveal robotics underneath. My client Jason is an inspiration—strong in body and mind, committed to achieving what he set out to do, despite having no prior experience, and despite having to fly here from his job guiding bomb-sniffing dogs in the war torn Middle East in order to squeeze a pair of 3-day marathon sessions into his allotted time off. These 2 sessions were spaced one month apart, completing a foundation color layer over the entire arm the first time, and dialing in colors, refining details, and finishing the sleeve during the second session. These photos were taken while the tattoo was still fresh, so there is more pink skin irritation here than it will have when healed.
